At Rhino Africa, my official title is Head of Salesforce, but I am a general Salesforce wizard, crafting digital solutions that transform how people experience African travel and how our expert travel consultants can manage their guests' trips. My role involves building custom applications, automating complex business processes, and creating seamless integrations that make travel dreams come true.

Non Profit
I am on the board of directors for the Upper Kenilworth Improvement District in Cape Town, and Salesforce has given us an org through their Power Of Us program. I have definitely not made the most of this, but it’s on my radar to try to build our org to help us serve the residents better. It’s such a good platform for non-profits.
